The NYSBUA will pay for two dinners for each chapter. Additional dinners must be paid ($35.00) at the banquet. Each chapter must RSVP WITH NUMBER ATTENDING by September 27, 2019 to Eric Olsen. Chapters will be billed for dinner if they do not R.S.V.P.
Room reservations may be made at the Comfort Inn, 1000 Front Street in Binghamton. The phone number is 607-724-3297. Your room should be reserved by September 25th. The cost is $105.00 per room.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT EACH CHAPTER HAVE REPRESENTATION AT THE FOLLOWING. On Saturday afternoon, October 5th, the Education Committee will provide a presentation on the first-floor meeting room at the Comfort Inn beginning at 1:00 PM.
Committee Meetings will follow at 3 PM.
