The date for the 2017 NYSBUA Annual Meeting will be Sunday, October 1, 2017. The banquet will be on Saturday, September 30, 2017.

The NYSBUA will pay for two dinners for each chapter. Additional dinners must be paid ($35.00) at the banquet. Room reservations may be made at the Comfort Inn, 1000 Front Street in Binghamton. The phone number is 607-724-3297. Your room should be reserved by September 25th. The cost is $96.00 per room.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT EACH CHAPTER HAVE REPRESENTATION AT THE FOLLOWING. On Saturday afternoon, September 30, the Education Committee will provide a presentation in the first floor meeting room at the Comfort Inn beginning at 1:00 PM. Possible subjects are:

  1. Recruiting and Retention
  2. Training
  3. Administration
  4. Round Table Q&A

Committee Meetings will follow at 3 PM.

  • State Tournament Changes
  • Summer Baseball and Chapter Territorial Rights
  • Insurance Coverage and possible Change to new policy
